Refund Policy

At Elegantly Bold LLC &  Elisa Brewer (EB) Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services.
​Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

1. Consulting Services
All consulting services, including audits, menu optimization, and strategy engagements, are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes:

• Initial analysis
• Research
• Strategy development
• Scheduled consultations
• Consultation Credit
  The fee paid for a Strategy Consultation may be applied as a credit toward a larger consulting engagement if the client chooses to proceed within 30 days of the consultation.
  This credit is non-transferable and may only be applied to services provided by Elisa Brewer Consulting.
  After 30 days, the consultation fee is no longer eligible to be applied as a credit.

2. Deposits and Payments

• Payments secure your engagement and time allocation.
• Once payment is made, your project is scheduled and resources are committed.

3. Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or preparation costs.

4. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change. Clients may request to reschedule calls or sessions with reasonable notice.

5. No Guarantees
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, consulting services do not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.
