Do you offer Personal Chef Services?

Do you do meal prep/delivery?
No. I currently do not do individual meal prep or delivery.This requires all items to be made and packaged in a commercial kitchen.
My services are completed in your home.
Do you cater Weddings?
Yes, within reason. I do have access to a commercial kitchen therefore I can facilitate a wedding event.
I specialize in small intimate catering events, however I am always willing to discuss a clients needs.
Do you cater special diets?
YES! I can develop lessons and menus for a variety of dietary lifestyles. SEE HERE
Can I customize my lesson/event menu?
YES! My established classes are my most popular, however I can always create a custom menu for a cooking lesson, demonstration, or catering event.
How far in advance Can I book you?
All events are subject to availability.
Events are preferred to be scheduled at a minimum of two weeks (14 Days) BEFORE your event.
Any booking accepted within two weeks (13 Days to 8 Days) may be assessed an inconvenience fee of 10% of event total.
Any booking accepted within one week (7 Days or less) may be assessed and inconvenience fee of 20% of event total.
Do I need to give a deposit for a scheduled event?
*Cooking Lessons: Total Amount Due Day of Event.
*Demonstrations: $75 Deposit Due when date of event is finalized, sent via Invoice or requested via Venmo. Remaining balance due Day of Event.
*Wine/Spirits Tastings: $200 Deposit Due when date of event is finalized, sent via Invoice or requested via Venmo. Remaining balance due Day of Event.
*Event Catering: 25% Deposit Due when date of event is finalized, sent via Invoice or requested via Venmo. Remaining balance due Day of Event.
